Recommended by the Manger of a Storage facility where there are plenty of garage doors some of which need repair from time to time. Turns out their residential service is also outstanding. From reception to repair TCGD was highly professional and very easy to work with. The gentleman who fixed my door was efficient, highly competent and and also a really good guy. Even though they came out to Murfreesboro the day after my call for help, the charge was very reasonable. All in all...I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you!!

I had damaged a panel on my garage door and called about 6 different garage door companies. All of them said they need a tech to come look and they had to schedule it way out or I never heard from them. Tri-County garage simply had me text pictures and came and installed it the next morning. Its very rare these days to get this kind of great customer service. The tech Justin that came and did the install was wonderful and had the panel replaced in 15 minutes and was on his way. I would highly recommend Tri-county if you need any garage door repairs done. I am one happy customer!

THE BEST! Period! I called Scott at 8 AM, he had a tech at my house by 11 AM that same morning and the job (spring replacement, verification of proper operation) was done by noon. Amazing response and professional attitude. Justin (the tech) was awesome. DO NOT waste your time going anywhere else for your garage door needs!

I know why these guys have a five star rating! They earn it and deserve it! This is the only garage door company I'm using from now on. They told me an hour, they were here in 25 minutes. WOW! Half the price of everyone else I called! On time! That’s rare!!! Super awesome customer service. I needed a rare garage door. I have on old cabin on my property that has on old 1950’s block building under the cabin that had a big picture window in it. I thought, how awesome would it be to put a small roll up garage door so I can park my Riding Mower inside instead of in my Garage taking up space and smelling like fumes. These guy were able to tear out the window, create a 6’ hole without tearing up the rest of the structure. Install a custom small roll down garage door all in a few hours. I am beyond impressed. 5 stars from me and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks Tri County.

I’ve very rarely experienced the level of service I did yesterday. I called yesterday morning to have our opener replaced and the job was complete by mid-afternoon. The price was reasonable and the customer service was phenomenal. I’d call them again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely LOVE my new garage door! I couldn't be more pleased with how quickly they were able to get me on their schedule. They came out for an estimate on Monday afternoon and were installing by Friday morning. They arrived promptly, were professional and worked like a well-oiled machine. Grateful for their attention to detail and removing any debris. I will definitely use them again if I decide to change the door on my detached garage or if I move to another home that needs a new door. Scott Ogle and his crew are the best!!!!

Garage door opener would not work and I was stuck! Tri-County was at my hour within 1/2 an hour, identified the problem as soon as he stepped into the garage, fixed in 30 minutes. A broken spring was the culprit. Fast, professional, dependable - could not ask for anything more!

Only one word to describe this company, FANTASTIC!! My only regret is that I can't give them 10 STARS! They replaced our ugly, worn out door with a new carriage style door. Scott Ogle, the owner is an absolute perfectionist! Scott and his assistant worked tirelessly all day (huge job), only stopped for a 15 minute break. He kept me informed throughout the process and when he was through, he used their blower to clean all areas from debris. He also cleaned the windows on the door and all smudges on the door itself from handling the door during installation. Scott is EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL and has an enormous amount of integrity. He shook our hands when he was finished and thanked us for our business. Wow, I don't even remember the last time a contractor/vendor did that!! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! You will NOT regret using Tri-County Garage, Inc.! 10 STARS!!

Great experience with Scott's company. The guys were on time, very polite and worked hard. The whole garage door install took about 3 hours. We can barely here the garage door open from just above, in the bonus room. We could not be more happy. We highly recommend Tri-County Garage Door!
