I have been a Tri County customer for more than 10 years. They are fabulous to work with- prompt in scheduling service calls, reasonably priced and very nice, professional people. I recently replaced two garage doors and have replaced. both openers and have been verybpleased with the products and follow up service. I highly recommend them for service, new doors and openers!
So just had to replace our garage door after that cheap overhead door one quit working properly. Anyhow 1st class customer service from this company Tri-County Inc. Not only does the owner install the doors himself, but we got a great price on a three layer door and he not only cleaned up after himself 100%. He installed me new key entry pad and programmed it for me I didn't even ask him.
Oh and they called to say he would be here at 11 and he was here at 11. I loved that.
Service was excellent from start to finish including the guy who came out for a bid and the lady at the office. Highly recommend by me and I don't recommend people/companies lightly they'd better be good!
Now we will be warmer or Bob will be in the winter months and it will help with electric bill also.

My elderly mother's garage door broke on her 50 year old house. It was the old wooden swing up type electric door. The frame around the door was cracked and splintered.
After looking online for a local repair service, I decided to try Tri County Garage Doors as they serviced the area where my mother lived and had good feedback. I called and spoke to Scott. I gave him the measurements of the existing door and asked what it would cost to replace it with a roll up type using the original motor. He quoted me what sounded like a reasonable price for a metal door. He agreed to meet me at my mother's house the next day and show me samples. He arrived on time and showed me a nice catalog selection. He even looked at the old door and offered to repair it for quite a bit less than a new door but since his price seemed reasonable I ordered the new door. I was pleased that he didn't try to upsell me and he stuck by his quote.
His crew came a week later as scheduled and installed the new door in 3 hours. I would recommend Tri County Garage Doors.
